It says that the money should come in 1 day but is on hold

I have created this account to receive a $60 payment, but is was 10 days and the money are still on hold, they were on hold for 7 days and after 8 days changed the status of the transaction and now it says that I will receive the money after 1 day, by it has been 3 days since then. What can I do? Also, the transaction does not have a tracking ID as this is not a product shipment

Ask the sender to confirm receipt on the transaction.

Go figure! My friend uses almost only the mobile app, and he does not see the confirm button. 10 minutes before you replied I asked him to see if the website does have some sort of function or button to confirm or fasten the transaction and there it was, I got a email that I received the money right before I got your reply. Thanks anyways, it's good that people replay fast here!
