I have been trying to issue 2 refunds in euros but each time I click Issue the Refund I receive a message saying "You don't have enough money in your balance to complete this payment." My current balance is over £9000. Why can't I make the refunds?
I have tried messaging Paypal but they can't seem to understand the problem. Please help.
