I tried to buy something from ebay, and something for first time went wrong and the transaction was incompleted. I recieved a message from my bank tha i charged 20.06 euros ( The item costs 51 euros) and i was worried what's wrong. I've tried anothe one time and the same charge come up. Then I checked my bank account and nothing was charged. I changed the payment method and then I finally bought my item. Why I faced this kind of charge?
