I sent a payment to someone for a gaming account yesterday and he hasn’t received the payment. On my account under the payment it says ‘money sent’. Has he received the money yet or is it just held up?

If its sent then it has gone to the email address you sent the funds to and if it was correct then he would have received it.
However as it says money 'sent' and not 'completed' then I guess you sent it using the friends / family option?
If so then you negated your buyer protection and gave the seller a 'gift'.
Advice is voluntary.
