Hi, I’ve been have some serious issues buying from a Japanese seller. Whenever I go to pay them through PayPal, the transaction will be denied due to ‘international regulations’. I don’t understand why this is happening as PayPal has refused to give any insight as to these regulations. I am concerned that this may have something to do with the 5 day quarantine Melbourne has just been placed under, however I didn’t think that even PayPal would be cancelled.
