Hi I'm trying to make a purchase thru Ebay with PayPal when I get close to making the payment it says there r issues with my PayPal account but I follow directions and nothing is forthcoming ( I'm in NewZealand and the seller is in the uk I believe) when I go thru the procedure they keep asking me to put my card no in ( visa) which I do I'm lost
It sounds like your account is looking for you to verify it's you by asking for your card details. The best thing to do would be to log in directly to your PayPal account via a browser (not the app). This way if you need to verify anything you will be brought through this process directly on your account. Once verified you should be able to send your payment as normal.
