Hello, I am here to ask why can't I send any payments because I could send payments like a week ago but when I try to send a payment I get this error:
Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later. I have been trying this everyday! Someone even told me not to log in for 48 hours for it to work, but no.... When I tried it still gave me the same error. I'm trying to send from the PayPal balance by the way and I don't have any limitations on the account!
