Issue with receiving money

Hello,I'm from Bosnia and unable to receive money to my Paypal account. I have verified mastercard debit card.

Multiple people tried sending money to me and all of them receive the same error: Payment can't be completed due to regulations.

Does anyone know any fix to my problem?

You need a visa credit card in your country linked for auto withdrawal of received payments.
