Hey Recently Iv been buying things from eBay and noticed after I have purchased an item and it has been marked as dispatched , the money is still available in my PP balance . I have always transferred from my bank AC to my PayPal prior to purchasing an item but the money hasn’t left the PayPal account . What’s up with that - ?
