Issue with mobile phone payment

I was sent a payment by a client through my mobile phone number.  I received a text message that I had received payment and there was a link to click on to claim the payment.  I clicked the link and it took me to paypal.com and asked me to log in to claim the money.  The person's name and amount were there with a green check - it said that the money is in my account, to finish logging in to claim it.  I logged in.  And it the money is not in the account.  

 

My phone number is listed on the account, so should be verified.  Same for the email address.  Please help if you have experienced this issue and have resolved it!
