I am contacting you about the issue of payment of an invoice. I have used an ICICI credit card to do the transaction and I got a call from the bank asking whether I want to pay, and I pressed yes, then they said thank you. And I got the information that it may take 72 hours to complete the transaction but still, no amount has been deducted from the card. I have done the transaction on 11/05/2021.
