For the first time ever I am not able to pay with my PayPal balance. I have selected it as the preferred option, yet still it does not even appear as an option. I am trying to pay with EUR or GBP to a user who will get DKK.
If you are using funds in your paypal balance then the funds must be in the currency you want to send.
Paypal do not convert funds during the payment process from a balance only from a bank account or card.
You can convert them yourself in your balance before you send but be aware paypals currency conversion is quite high BUT it will tell you how much you will get before you commit yourself to converting the funds.
