Issue refund using a philippine bank account?

I want to refund my buyer but my paypal credits aren’t enough so I’d like to use my bank account to get more money to refund the full amount. I have a philippine bank account, what are my options?

Hi Rmamerch, 

If you go to the "add funds" section on your PayPal account it will show you what funding options you have. The best option is to add funds from your bank account.
