I've agreed to issue a full refund for an item the seller has returned. My pp balance was negative 254.00 as the dispute meant that amount was being held. I transfered 265 from bank account to my pp account which now gives me approx 10. 00 as the rest is being held for the refund. But everytime I try to close and refund buyer it says you do not have enough funds. Please help me refund the buyer
