Issue Refund from my Paypal India account

Hi,

A customer wants to cancel order and I need to issue refund from my Paypal India account. How can I do that. Plz help.

As you know paypal do not hold received money and i need to refund to customer. i tried to add fund in indian rupee but that also not working.

Refunds can normally be funded from a linked and confirmed bank account (not a card).

Hope I knew it before adding Paypal as my payment method:

1. No option to add fund from Indian payment options (Bank, Cards etc)

2. Does not hold money for more than 24 hrs

3. Can't issue partial refund even if buyer agrees or full refunds as available funds will always be zero

It does not even justify the fees India Seller are paying with so much restrictions
