Is this eligible for a refund?

I accidentally purchased a subscription through pay pal and would like a refund. I already contacted the seller and was told a refund was not available. I request a cancellation as soon as i accidentally purchased the subscription and haven't used a second of its content.

You can't cancel completed payments, if is completed then you can open a dispute for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described.

Failing that ask the seller if they will refund and cancel but you can't force them to do so unless you win one of the above disputes.
