is there such a thing as PayPal MERCHANDISE Payment Service
I have received an instant payment it isn't showing in my paypal account and on the email i have received it explaines I have to pay £400 into a western union to someones address and then send a scanned copy to paypal before i receive the money in my account was querying is this a thing or is it a scam
