Is paypal working?Nobody want to answer on 'help' email?

I registered few months ago,and every time i had some question,i would go to help and i will email customer service and everything would be ok.Now when everything is ok,i was supposed to receive some money and the company that want to send me money sent email that they can't,something was denied and i should ask paypal what's happening.Now nobody answers for 7-8 days...i sent 4-5 emails..?I literally can't believe what's happening..They can't answer email for 7-8 days?I have a feeling like im sending mail to 10 year old kid and he don't want to answer?If someone told me that customer service of paypal don't want to answer i definitely wouldn't believe him....what is happening?

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

HOWEVER......................

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is sadly not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
