Is business account mandatory to receive payments in India from foreign country?

Hey Everyone, Hope you are doing great. I was supposed to get a XXX$ amount gift card, from a survey company, and I even got it, but the problem is Paypal asks me to complete some information, and that is involved with opening a business account[My country of Origin is India]. I don't own a business of any sorts, what do I do now? Thanks in Anticipation
