Does anybody no can I cancel a pending  authorization payment my order got canceled by the store and got a email saying I would be refund I contacted the store and they said they didn't take the money

When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.

If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.

Is there anyother way I can get it back sooner or do I have to wait 30 days

its an automated system, most of paypal is, so when they say it will time out 30 days post payment then it will BUT normally paypal do not remove the funds from your funding source until the payment is authorised so check and see if the funds are still in your funding source as 'pending' and if so contact your funding source and say those funds won't now be needed and see if they will release them back to your card or bank balance.
