Hello, just created my PayPal, and someone asked me to make them an invoice, but for some reason my PayPal can't do that, it only shows the send option, he can't send me the money and i can't make an invoice, i tried sending to him and it went through but he can't send me and i don't have the option for making an invoice, what can i do?

It sounds like one of your buyers may be facing an issue sending you money. In this case, it may be that it is the buyer who has an issue on their account and that the problem does not depend on you. I would recommend asking the buyer to contact us.
