Thank you for your post! I wanted to pop in to clarify. The choice of whether or not PayPal Credit is offered at the time of payment is not one made by the merchant. PayPal may or may not offer PayPal Credit as a funding option at the time of payment based on a security evaluation of the transaction. This is also true of bank accounts and credit cards associated with the account. Depending on the level and type of risk, the security system may eliminate certain funding options, or decline the transaction altogether. I regret any inconvenience.
