Invoice paid no funds are available??

I opened up a business account ac couple weeks ago I sent an invoice customer says she paid but in my account it says unpaid how long does this take? In my personal account ithe money showed up with in seconds I need help thanks

It should be instant if they actually paid. If the invoice status is unpaid, they did not pay and could be giving you the runaround. Did they send the money to your personal account instead?
