Invoice paid but not received

So i sent an invoice to my customer and they paid it a few days ago, the money has gone out of their bank account, and yet on my paypal it still says that it's unpaid and i've not received any money?????? Help please?

Try to check if the email address on your Paypal account is confirmed

This is not at all what I expected , a customer paid for an invoice and it's like there's no record of it apart from Paypal saying there was. The balance has not changed, I've requested the payer to mark the transaction as delivered. We cannot reach Paypal at the moment , completely left in the dark.

Yes a company just paid us for delivered services , their account has been billed but 0 funds are visible in the Paypal account.

At this point should we just refund the customer and insist on bank deposit?
