Invoice for US Client Not Working

Hi there,
My invoice link for a US client is not working. I am in Canada and I have a Business Paypal account.
She wrote "This link takes me to a place for me to create my own invoice" and "I went to pay and it's not working".
I've sent an invoice to another US client and they had no problem.
Anyone have any insight? It would be much appreciated.
