That would be between you and the merchant you purchased from if they haven't sent the item already.
But unlikely as for seller protection they have to send to the paypal registered address of the buyer at the time of payment.
You could ask them to refund > add a gift address and select that address when you check out BUT the seller would have to pay x2 lots of fees so they may only consider that if you offer to pay the fees.
