So I've recently made a business Paypal account. I have been sending invoices to customers and receiving payments all fine. THEN, a customer made a paypal account and paid but on the invoice it says payment pending. The customer said it says Payment Pending on her side too. However, the money has come out of her bank account. We are both unsure whats happening with the payment as it does not say paid on my invoice and I can still send a payment reminder to the customer? BUT, I've just had another customer pay and that went through immediately, no problem. Why is it just one customers invoice saying payment pending? Help.
