Hello, I am using a personal PayPal account linked to an Egyptian credit card. I have a family member living in Italy I tried to make them a transfer through PayPal a tax was deducted from the amount and the amount is blocked in his account and has not been released yet, any explanation as to why please? And are friends/family transfers restricted in PayPal Egypt?
