I'm having a problem with receiving an international payment from a firm in Europe. They are supposed to transfer a compensation to my personal account in EUR, and I have added this currency to my wallet, but they are apparently still unable to do so. I am in the United States at the moment, and my account is set up from back home (Bosnia and Herzegovina). Does anyone know what the problem might be ?
Yes, they're trying to send the payment to my Bosnian account, which accepts Euro (although my primary currency is USD).
No, I do not have a US Paypal account now.
