Hello,

I recently sent money to the Dominican Republic and the recipient is unable to retrieve the money. How can I retrieve the money back into my paypal account?

Why can't they retrieve it?

They can receive paypal payments in their country?

If they can't retrieve it then it would show as pending or unclaimed on your side.

If its showing as completed on your side then they have received it into their paypal account.

If you sent it as goods/services and its showing as completed then open a dispute for non receipt of item to get the funds back again.
