Hello! I just received a payment (today) that I need to refund! I had no previous transactions in my account. I tried to issue a refund and it says that I have unsufficient balance. Do I have to put the amount of PayPal and ebay fees from my pocket in order to give a full refund today?? Please tell me. Thank you in advance.
