My issue is that when I decided to pay using Paypal for an item that costs around 300 Euros taking advantage of the 12-month installment plan, the entire amount was charged. When I clicked on the Pay option after checking the 12-month installment box, I expected to be shown the loan contract pages but instead, I was shown that the payment was successfully completed. This happened last night and the amount has not yet been deducted from my bank, although my bank has received the information for taking the money from me. Is there a way to convert this payment into the installment scheme?
