I paid for an instagram promotion yesterday with my PayPal account. Facebook took the money before approving my promotion (the money has already left my account)The promotion was not approved and will NOT be running. I have not received any information about a refund, has anyone had this issue and knows how to fix It? I went to the Facebook ad page but this promotion doesn’t show as it was done through instagram. Thank you
