Hi all,
I purchased a traveling insurance in October 2020, however the insurance didn't apply and requested a refund in December 2020.
I paid via Paypal, however I only received a receipt from Ingenico (can't post their mail, because of guidelines) and nothing from Paypal.
Also the refund, however Paypal was involved in this transaction because the receipt says "Charge method: Paypal (then my account)"
Also my bank statement it was reflected with Paypal's mexican Tax-ID.
The problem is that the insurance company already filed the refund and Paypal doesn't acknowledge this and they say they were not involved in the transaction.
I already spoke to my bank and they see no refund coming to my account.
I did receipt a refund receipt from Ingenico stating the same.
Paypal says this is not reflected on them and I don't want to loose this money 176 euros.
Has anybody gone trough something similar?
PS. I can't do charge back as actually Paypal suggested because it already passed 90 days in my bank.
