I done a transaction for gre exam money is debited from my account ..but it's doesn't approved the exam payment ...it's shows pending need to authorise the transaction...and it also shows authorisation expires on 15 Jan .. please help me

If the transaction/authorization is showing as pending in your PayPal account then its up to the merchant to claim the money. If the authorization times out or expires, then the funds will be released back to your bank or card account. You'll have to make another payment.
