I didn't have enough money in my bank account on the day of a subscription service but Paypal paid the retailer anyway. That put me in overdrawn status with Paypal for $71.71 CDN. However, when I went to add money to take my Paypal out of the red, I had to add $102 because they designated the $71.71 as USD and applied an exchange rate to it. How do I have this corrected?
