Yesterday a payment was sent to me in New Zealand in Australian dollars for $187.49. This was converted to NZ dollars however it converted to 191.46NZ before fees. This does not add up given pay pal converson rate calculator which means it should have been at around 205.00NZD before fees taken out. Why? THEN I got charged fees of another $8NZ off the 191.46 which I expected but the original conversion is way out. Anyone had this issue or any ideas? No point talking to customer services as they not helpful at all and just make the whole process immpossible.
