I bought a product and installation at homedepot.com through PayPal. The job was cancelled. The cost of the product (a garbage disposal) was refunded to my PayPal account. The installation took longer and was not the full amount. It looks like PayPal subtracted the cost of the disposal from the cost of the installation and issued the rest. I have papers from Home Depot that shows they sent back the full cost of disposal and the installation. I can't get through to a real person, the resolution cases don't fit. Does anyone know what I can do?
