Incoming payments keep being refunded?

I am receiving payments and some are being sent back, and some are accepted. I am in South Africa and have received payments from the UK, USA, Europe, and South Africa, and random payments are being refunded. Has anyone experienced this? thanks in advance.

Hey Cindy,

I had same problem as you and realized that you have to go to settings - seller tools then scroll down and there should be ´Payment receiving preferences´ click on update and there will be ´Allow payments sent to me in a currency I do not hold´ then check the first option ´Yes, accept and convert them to Euros.´ (or the currency you hold in your country)
