Incoming money on hold

Hello,

I received a payment for a service I provided two weeks ago in my PayPal account. This amount has now been on hold for two weeks. Can you help me regarding why it is taking so long for the money to be released into my account. The payor is someone I've worked with before and there's never been a problem in the past receiving money from them. 

 

Also, it used to be fairly easy to reach out to PayPal with any issue. Now it seems quite complicated sending them an email regarding a problem.

I am grateful for your assistance.
