I attempted to make a minimal In-App Purchase in the game "Dungeon Keeper", the game accepts my thumbprint scan for the purchase, then I get a popup "Verification Required" which says that Paypal needs to send an SMS code to my phone to verify my account. But Ive already done Paypal transactions on my phone so I see no reason why this should be required again. If I click continue, it then goes to log me into the app store for some reason, and the transaction gets cancelled in the app. Paypal doesn't send me the aforementioned SMS code either.
Is there a way to fix this by calling up a customer service number or something and having them verify my phone directly?
