There are some internet shop X. Sometimes I buy there some china crap. But every time when I pay with PayPal the shop want and get the right to write off funds of my PayPal. And every time after shopping I go to setup and revoke this option (I do not believe to this shop so much). Problem is - now I have about 5 "copies " of this shop in "inactives". So question: is it possible to erase this copies from "inactive" chapter, because I do not need them.

No, it is not possible to remove the inactive billing profiles, it is meant to show you both your active and inactive billing profiles. “Inactive” mean the billing profile(s) are deactivated/canceled.
