So my sister sent me some money to just get, by because I was going through a tough time. But I got back up on my feet, and I wanted to refund the money. When I tried to refund it wouldn't let me. Then I contacted paypal, and they never answered. So now I turn to the Community for guidance. Also note that I never accepted the money she sent. @kernowlass
