If I don’t revive the items

Hello, I’m wanting to buy some shoes they are from Facebook selling site and I’m wondering if I pay the money to him buy pay pal I’m worried if I didn’t receive the goods what would happen would I lose my money

Do not worry, if you make the payment as 'Goods and Services' and you do not receive what you ordered, you can file a claim for an Item Not Received and we will help you retrieve your money by contacting the seller and taking ownership of the case. Here is how to do it. 

Additionally, our Buyer Protection policy also covers if you receive an item that is not as described. For example, if you receive a broken item, a different size and/or colour, a completely different item or an empty box, you can file a claim for an Item Not As Described.
