Hi there, I sold my iPhone to a customer and I received an email from PayPal but I’m not sure if it’s a scam email as it was sent to my junk folder. It says ship the item first then my funds will be released even though they aren’t on hold in the first place. I have sold over 10 items before and usually the funds appear straight away. Could anyone give me an insight as to what I should do?

Please do not continue with this sale. We will hold funds until valid tracking information is received but you will be able to see these funds in the pending balance of your PayPal account. If you are unable to see the funds in your account, this is a fraudulent buyer and we would not advise posting anything to the customer.
