IPVanish Auto-renew refund

Hi all,

I was unaware that IPVanish VPN auto renews by default - they seem to keep this relatively hidden. I have not used the service for over 9 months and suddenly the other day I was charged. I have contacted their support multiple times and they have only replied twice, even when I replied within minutes to their previous email. Will PayPal Support be able to help me get my money back? I was charged $77 without my knowledge and I'd class the seller as fraudulent.

I got a refund within hours when mine auto renewed. After I put in a PayPal claim and took to Twitter. Scheisters !!!
