Im purchasing a new vehicle and the seller has sent me an invoice via paypal.
The conventional method of transferring funds to a PayPal member cannot be used due to the large amount that must be paid.
Payment must be submitted via bank transfer to the PayPal representative bank account assigned for this transaction. PayPal will secure the payment until
the Buyer receives, inspects and accepts the vehicle. Or, if it is the case, PayPal will refund the payment to the Buyer.
but when i click 'Checkout' it takes me to paypal live chat to submit a ticket to get the account details i need to send the money too? is that correct or am i getting the wrong end of the stick?
seller is getting frustrated that its taking so long!
HELP
Thanks
Jake
