I was told I need to 'accept' payment, but where is it?

I have been asking for payment from the people I do transcription for. I have been waiting for a month. Now they're telling me I need to accept the payment. This is not the first time they sent me money so why do I need to accept ? 😞 SO confused.

They're trying to get it for free. No need to confirm anything, Or check if you changed your email and you forgot about it

1. Double check the email address they sent the funds to and make sure its the correct one linked to / verified on your paypal account without any spelling errors.

2. Are they sending it in your currency or another one?
