I want to use the wallet, but I don’t see my account!

I opened an account, attached two cards. but for some reason they cannot send money to me, and I don’t see my account! What is the problem? I confirmed the e-mail, confirmed the cards, attached the passport ... help me, I want to use the wallet, but it's just not there! and the money has already withdrawn from my cards

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.

Yes its on the list for SENDING paypal payments.

However it shows you can't RECEIVE or WITHDRAW FUNDS.
