I've received a refund from STEAM but funds were not send back to my card
I've preordered and payed with PayPal for Steam Hardware but I've requested a refund and Steam approved it and send it back to my card through PayPal. It has passed 10+ days and still no money are sent back to my card, this happens to me for the first time. I've contacted both Steam and My bank and both don't have any information. Steam Support sent me an answer that I should ask PayPal, PayPal asks me to talk to my bank, and my bank says it's automatic process and when they receive funds the funds are automatically sent.
